13.56MHz HF RFID NFC Inlays
With PET substrate, RFID HF Inlay tags consist of an etched AL or Cu antenna and a golden bump chip by FLIP bonding. RFID HF inlay tags are classified as “wet” or “dry”. Inlays are considered “dry” when the inlay is attached to the label without using adhesive. After coating with adhesive glue and shaping into the size, the inlay is named RFID wet inlay.
